The feeling of not daring to go outside is overwhelming. It is a feeling of recognition and acknowledgement. It is the feeling of embarking on a new adventure. Out into the open world, a new chapter. A new life. I greet and embrace the overwhelming feeling like an old friend.
I procrastinate and I don't mind. In the morning, I fiddle around a bit, let it flow off me once more under the shower, arrange some important things. Meditate and do a 25-minute yoga session to ground myself with the place that I´m at. After a nice lunch, the time has come: I consciously step into a new chapter, out the front door. Shit, I forgot my mouth mask. After walking up and down two floors again, attempt 2. Consciously out the door. I thank myself for doing this. Feeling grateful.
