In August we took on the David's Deck project. My Sister and brother-in-law needed a deck replaced to be able to relax and enjoy some special time with family and friends. David recently went on hospice and everyone rallied around this project. David is one of the most giving and caring people we know and we wanted to bless him.
Our son-in-law, Ryan recently built a deck on his home and was our leader in the undertaking. The rest of us organized workers, money for supplies, food and prayers. God has given everyone a gift and we made sure they put it to good use.
The project made the local newspaper and seeing everyone rally around David made it all worth while.
