I arrived back in Nebraska June 30th and plan on staying for a two month visit. I was greeted with a warm welcome at the airport with lots of hugs, tears and welcome posters with a Mexican theme. I have cherished each and everyone of my many coffee dates, lunch with friends, Sunday family dinners, sleepovers with grand-kids, Dr visits and snuggles with my Zoe and making lots of salsa!
July went by pretty fast. We celebrated my Mom's 80th Birthday on the 2nd. Attended the Waverly Fourth of July Parade with the grand-kids and picked up more candy than one person should consume. Spent a day with my sisters in Walnut, Iowa picking up more yard ornaments that I am told are not needed.
I love being home, but also miss Troy and Dubai. Very bittersweet!
