Our first night on Lake Kununurra, there was a big snake (6ft long) on the bank about 20m from our campervan! Not far from that, there was a crocodile and a turtle. There were fruit bats in the trees. At sunset they would fly about and were really noisy. We had bbq ribs and roasted marshmallows there for dinner.
Right behind our caravan park in Katherine there were hot springs that we swam in. We also had a water balloon fight with Mr. Bernhard. We are still not sure who won!
