Irwin Trip 2015

After Edinburgh Castle, we went to lunch and then went our separate ways: Greg and Carol took a bus tour around Edinburgh, Curt and Peggy wandered off in the direction of scotch, and everyone else went to the National Museum of Scotland.

Highlights include a replica of the tomb of Mary, Queen of Scots, Alexander Fleming's Nobel Prize for discovering penicillin, and 11 of the Lewis chessman, which were used in Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. Obviously, the chessmen were my favorite.
