Best Campspot:(Criteria: Water/dumpoint/space/views)
Fitzgerald Bay- had water and dumping facilities. Absolutely amazing scenery. Very roomy.
Worst Campspot:
Yaamba: Stinking hot, right on the ege of Bruce Hightway, so extremely noisy ALL night. No vacilities except portable toilets.

Best Campspot:(Criteria: Water/dumpoint/space/views)
Fitzgerald Bay- had water and dumping facilities. Absolutely amazing scenery. Very roomy.
Worst Campspot:
Yaamba: Stinking hot, right on the ege of Bruce Hightway, so extremely noisy ALL night. No vacilities except portable toilets.
Best Tour:( (Criteria: Commentary, sights, more than one transport Tea/Coffee and cake/fruit, Pick up service
Ord River Cruise: Absolutely fantastic tour guides, Bus and boat, Commentary was great. Food was delicious. Picked up outside our camp spot.
Worst Tour:
Port Stephens River Cruise: Promised more than waht you got to see.
Best Landscape: (Criteria: Awesome diverse scenery)
Nullabour: The cliffs were phenomenal! Absolutely amazing!
Best Wildlife:
Emus: Beautiful looking graceful birds. Garding the army base at Fitzgerald Bay. The emu farm. Emus walking across the highway at Whyalla, SA
Fresh Water Tutles: in the creek, just a foot away from the waters edge- Rollingstone, QLD. That's if the thieving natives dont eradicate them
to eat!
Sea Turtle: Watched it laying eggs on the beach-Bundabery
Birdlife: Mother/Father and Baby at Gargett.
Koalas- Patting them- Magnetic Isalnd, Townsville, QLD
Best Visitors Centre: (Criteria: Helpful and friendly, informative, museum attached free coffee and tea facilities)
Ravenshoe: They had a gallery, musem, activities spotting animals in their 'forest' or the kids, coffee/tea and biscuits, Very helpful and friendly Staff
Mareeba: The Museum was a little mining town and lots of dioramas depicting local events. Free tea coffee and biscuits

Worst Visitors Centre:
Rockhampton: Lady was totally useful. one bloke was more intersested in his computer. All we remember about the lady was her response: Ummm, ummm, ummm, ummm, "USELESS'!!!
Best Refund:
Chemist Warehouse- Maryborough NSW. Sent us to the Local doctor to get a script cause they said it was out of date. Upon return we found out that it was not out of date. We were out of pocket $50. This was returned.
Best OP Shop Buy:
Father: Cockoo Clock- Gawler, SA. Went back thenext day and got the 'missing' part.
Battery box: ($5) Port Hedland, WA
Me: Light Pink Jacket for School nights- $2
Best Native Encounter:
Halls Creek: This rough looking fellow was walking behind us- caught up and wishede us a happy day and a safe journey.
Worst Native Encounter:
Fresh Water Turtle Thieves: This family of natives, making out, as they were holding a net, that they were not catching tutles when we heard dad, back at camp, saying they were good tucker!!!
Best Oh My Goodness:
Suitcase 'shit' holder: - Parham SA. THis old matie struggled to the toilet block with his roller suitcase. then came out and strolled back to his caravan. We were not supposed to know that he was illegally dumping!
Best Oh my Goodness Rig:
Nat- Fitxgerald Bay- lived permanently in a home made small single axle, box trailer. No facilities except a bed, cooking stove and fridge (Lived in his car) Very Primative.
Homeless Boys Bluewater/Townsville:Shared cooking facilities with his mate. Opened his back door Jeep 4WD, rolled the matress down and slept. MaTtress was filthy!
Worst Road:
From Funnel Creek to Bruce Highway near Yammba, QLD. COuldn't even travel 20 klms as it was too fast- ROad was like a roller coaster and was about 150 Klms long.
Funniest Town:
Parham- with their 'crab catching' vehiclesDearest Diesel:

Best Town: (Criteria: 'Useful' Shops, Library, water/dumpingFacilities)
Pinjara: Very useful shopping Centre, Library with excellent Tea/Coffee making facilities
Childers: Walk to the shops from Campspot. 'Useful shops', Walk to the Library.
Best Laundrymat:
Gympie- Absolutely spotless with free wifi.
Worst Laundrymat:
Childers- Filthy and the dryer just kept eating your money.
Most caged Town:
Halls Creek: Even the dumpoint was enshrouded in cages.
