Was going to stay 2 nights, however....

The park was at an old train station. At the end of the station was the road going over the tracks. So... one had the blissful (NOT) enjoyment of listening to the rattling of the people and goods train with a loud horn tooting (to warn drivers and in case your asleep) throughout the night. Also... the regional buses had their bus stop there. If that doesn't keep you awake, a block over was the highways where the speed limit was 50, however, the long semis were NOT adhering to this limit. To add to the 'music' these trucks put had to slow down for the bridge across the river which was a 'skip and a jump' away. Well if all of this didn't keep you away, those pesky back packers, come in late at night totally park you in and then decide to have a loud and obviously funny (cause all you can hear is their laughing) conversations- glad they're happy!!! Definitely, time to go!!!

Highlights:
Amenities:
Having said all of this the provision for campers and back packers was amazing- hot and cold showers, laundromat, camp kitchen- free barbecues and shops all within walking distance.

Snorkelling:
I was able to go dry water snorkelling! Oh Yah Lovely!!!

Town Art:
Lots of murals on the sides of buildings and statues.
