The first 48 hours in Paris has been overwhelming and surreal all at once. I was one of the first ones to arrive and was jet-lagged as well as brought to tears with the thought of actually being in Paris. I have waited for so long to be in Paris and God has been so good to bring me here.

-Arrival In Paris-

The first 48 hours in Paris has been overwhelming and surreal all at once. I was one of the first ones to arrive and was jet-lagged as well as brought to tears with the thought of actually being in Paris. I have waited for so long to be in Paris and God has been so good to bring me here.

The first night was great, I slept a lot and got used to my surroundings, Josh and I went to the mall to check it out. The next couple of days we went to the markets nearby, went to the metro and got to know the

people in the church. The church was incredible, I love experiencing people worshiping the Lord around the world, it's truly beautiful. The people and pastors in the church are also very sweet. They are so willing to help us with French and they are always making sure we have everything we need. I am really excited to get to know them better and I'm looking forward to learning from them.

The next couple of days I waited for the other girls to arrive and once they did I took them around the area to show them everything.
It was so good to see all of them and to be all together in Paris. The next day we started French class with our tutor Emmanuel and Jeff. We have our first excursion this weekend to Normandy and I am so excited to learn more and to discover the history behind it!
