Studying Aboard

-Time Here in Paris-

My time here in Paris is not one I can put into words. I have had so many wonderful memories and God moments that I would not even know where to start to describe this journey. I can tell you that I am not the same person I was when I came. I feel as if I have become more of who God wants me to be and I personally feel more like myself.

One of the main reasons I decided to come to Paris was to pursue Fashion Design. During my time here I have been so inspired by Paris alone and have loved getting to open up all my creativity. I feel very free to express who I am and what styles I like. Here in Paris, people wear whatever they like and they don't care what other people think. That alone has plagued my creativity and has limited my inspiration.

However, since living here I have worried less and focused more on what I like and why I like it. Being here has also confirmed my calling to the Fashion World, I am now more than ever more in love with Fashion than I have ever been! I am so blessed that Lord has put this desire in my heart because it is truly something I love and will love doing for the rest of my life.


My time here as also consisted of my school searching for my master's degree in Fashion Design. Paris is not limited when it comes to Fashion schools, but my option to pick one is becoming more and more limited as I start researching all of them. I'm looking forward to my future, and toward my future schooling. I know I will absolutely love it and will be where God wants me to be.
