The next day we went with Yenuli to my cousins house for a sleepover. We went in her car and drove off to their house. It was just how I had remembered it!
First we drew pictures and made bookmarks and all of that arty stuff until we got bored of it. Then we sang Sinhalese lama gee songs and I learn so many new songs that I couldn't stop singing them for what seemed like an eternity! We went into the bathroom and we all had a wash. Also we cleaned our feet and changed from our clothes into our pajamas's. It was getting late and all three of us knew we had to get ready for bed.

The next day we played with my cousins Plushies (soft toys). We had so much fun that we forgot about my dad's birthday surprise until it was time. We went into the kitchen and helped Sudu Nanda prepare the cake. First butter then sugar, eggs and milk and so on. We went to Kapila mamas big sister's house to bake the cake ( Sudu nandas oven was broken and therefore we couldn't bake it in there).
After adding a few decorations the cake was done and ready to serve at my dads birthday party! What a busy day! Phew!
