Hinesha Akka

Hinesha akka is just like Chamali akka. If I could describe her in three words she would be generous, warmhearted and trustworthy. Hinesha akka was also a bridesmaid at the second wedding we went to. She is a caring, loving and someone with creative ideas. Her hair was coal black and flowed over her shoulders like a waterfall. She wore colourful clothes and dresses that always suited her. Her fingernails were sometimes varnished and not usually cut. A pair of arched eyebrows looked down on her exceptionally long eyelashes. Every time her mouth shaped into a smile her gleaming white teeth found a way to shine through.

Hinesha akka tought me a game that I had not remembered until she told me. It was called as I remember it, KangKang Buru SinSin Noru. The game was so addicting that me and Yenuli nangi couldn't stop playing it for a very very long time! The game includes three players or more and a stick. It goes like this. One person says kan kan buru and then the rest of the people say sin sin noru. The first person says man kiyana thea ahanawada? Then the other people say oaw and nod their heads. Then the first person says to do something and the last one to come back will have to be punished. This is where the stick comes in. So the person who one has to say a number less than ten and that is the number of times they get hit. Then they have to say hot or cold. Hot means hard and cold means softly. Although it is a rough game I enjoyed it quite a lot.

I really love Hinesha akki and she is my most favorite cousin/best friend I have ever had!
