Someone somewhere along the way told us that we should drive inland to see Toowoomba. Well, lucky for us, we timed it just right to help celebrate the 75th Carnival of Flowers! Spring has sprung in Queensland! Blooming amazing floral filled parks, private gardens competition, carnival, food fest, arts, entertainment and even a big parade. And several local craft breweries to check out. Lots to see and do in just 2 days. Guess that’s why it actually runs from Sept 13 to Oct 7. (They even have a Rocket Slide!!)
