Saturday I went to a flea market in Navarre which was a bust. Later we went to the renaissance fair down the road from the campground. I bought an nice piece of repurposed silverware jewelry with birthday money. Most vendors were geared toward people who wore costumes so lots of amazing leather and armour work but not stuff you would wear to the office. The people were interesting. It is a different world with knifes and period weapons being sold, although for costume purposes most appeared authentic such that they could cause damage. The jousting was crazy with one guy getting knocked right off his horse, ouch, maybe that armour suit had padding.
