After leaving the Blarney Castle we headed toward Kilkenny, Steve had to have an emergency toilet stop on the way and had to go in a restaurant that wasn't even open yet. The people were very nice letting him in. In Kilkenny Bryan and Steve did a brewery tour of Smithwicks Brewery while Vicki and I walked around the lovely little town and went to a Cathedral and visited the Kilkenny Castle. The Castle was built in 1195 and the grounds and parklands were open to the public and very popular. This was a really nice town and so glad we stopped here, we stayed at the Kilkenny Inn.
