After Stratford upon Avon we stopped at Warwick Castle a medieval castle on the Avon river. A wonderful castle to walk around with great displays and shows. We watched a birds of prey show and the firing of the largest trebuchet in the world. We had lunch in Warwick and then drove through the Cotswolds looking for accommodation but everywhere was busy and expensive. We eventually settled on the Premier Inn in Cheltenham with dinner at the Beefeater pub.
