After a short stay in Valparaiso we decided to return to Santiago so that Adam could get around the atmosphere of the Super Bowl. New England Patriots, strong favourites with champion player Tom Brady vs Philadelphia Sea Eagles, clear underdogs, playing with their back up quarter back.
We found an Irish pub walking distance from our accommodation and settled in with some wings, beers and a crowd of raucous supporters. We decided to go for the underdogs, and they won!
