Saturday was our first day of weekend and unfortunately we spend most of our time working on school assignments. We had to do some Intercultural communication assignments as well as write our fist STARR reflection. I wrote mine about the first day in the LR Nagar slums. On Sunday we went to the lalbagh botanical garden which is one of the popular tourist attractions in Bangalore. In the garden are a lot of tropical plants, big trees like the Largest known Kapok specimen, some statues, a lake, some monkeys, the Kempegowda tower, the famous glass house and a burning waste dump what is really out of place next to a garden. I went there with the other HAN students and we had a great time.
