We are finally getting used to the daily life in Bangalore. You can almost say that we developed a sort of routine during the week. I start every day with my breakfast which includes eggs, bread and a banana. Then I start to work on the website and school assignments at 10 o' clock till 12:30. After that I go out to get some chicken biryani for lunch. At 2 o' clock I start at the computer centre to teach the children some new things or just the same thing I teached them before because they forgot the lesson. At 6:30 pm I can leave because it's getting dark and the CSA does not want it's students to be there anymore. When I get home I'm too tired to cook dinner so I go out to get some chicken wraps with rice or anything else that I'm in the mood for. Buying food in the streets is not more expensive then cooking yourself so why not.
After dinner I go to the gym or relax for a bit and then sleep to re-energize for the next day.
Some other nice updates are that I got my survival package from my mom with some delicious snacks! (see picture below)
The other thing is that last week was the Holi fesitval which is a Hindu festival of colours/love. Unfortunately I did not got to see that much of it because they celebrate it with family and friends. Luckily there was a nice kid who would give me a nice yellow paint stripe on my cheek.
Something else: I won a CD from David Guetta at the liquor store while buying some Kingfisher beer. When I wanted to pay for the beer the guy who was doing the promotion came over to me and told me to fill in a small form with some details and a reason why you love Kingfisher. Of course my reason was so good that I instantly won, or maybe it's because I'm a foreign guy and that way the guy in charge could take some nice pictures of me while I was receiving my price. Anyway it was a pretty funny experience and a good start of the weekend.
The last thing is that I received my Christ University College Card so now I'm officially a Christ child as they like to call it.
P.S. Some pictures of cows because my mom likes them :)
