Up early and onto the bus into the heart of Denali at 7:00 AM. I don’t care what hour of the day it is, this place is simply unbelievable. The views from every angle are simply spectacular and photographing was really fun today, except I forgot to bring my spare camera battery on the trip with me. In the end, that part didn’t matter at all.
Denali is full of wild life and much of it you will see from a distance. Today we saw moose, caribou, Dali sheep, a couple of grizzlies and a black bear with her three cubs. Most of these were some distance

Denali National Park and Preserve
Up early and onto the bus into the heart of Denali at 7:00 AM. I don’t care what hour of the day it is, this place is simply unbelievable. The views from every angle are simply spectacular and photographing was really fun today, except I forgot to bring my spare camera battery on the trip with me. In the end, that part didn’t matter at all.
Denali is full of wild life and much of it you will see from a distance. Today we saw moose, caribou, Dali sheep, a couple of grizzlies and a black bear with her three cubs. Most of these were some distance
away, but of course I did try getting some pictures of each of these. On yeah! We also saw the state bird of Alaska - the Willow Ptarmigan (see below).
