There really is no easy way to describe yesterday and today. Let's start with yesterday. As one of our fellow campers said last night, "I bet it would have been beautiful if we could have seen the scenery today." Along with the glorious weather we have had overall, there have to be a few days like yesterday. Starting overcast and with a light rain, things pretty much stayed that way for the whole day. I think I may have taken two pictures, and I'll try and find one respectable one that I can post below.

On the other hand, today would fit the "glorious" category. Bright sunshine all day, and finally the moose convention held who knows where, must have come to an end. First we saw a pair of moose on the side of the road. Only problem - they were both a little skittish, and at the first sign of something moving that was larger than them (like a car), they vanished into the dense forest. No pictures, but a nice memory as a reminder of Beaver Creek, Yukon Territories. However, we were blessed with a second "moose" opportunity later today just north of Delta Junction, Alaska. This time, our friend was much more cordial and kind of wanted to just hang around. Although he tried to play a little hide and seek with the wooded area, I did manage to get a few shots, and if one of them turned out alright I'll include it with this chapter.
All in all a great day, and tonight we are staying at the Riverside RV Center just outside of North Pole, Alaska. Tomorrow should be a fun day as we head for Denali for a couple of days. The weather is looking great for tomorrow and Saturday, and we are very hopeful that we will catch a glimpse of Mount McKinley in the next couple of days.
