Deb & Rash Sahota's 2 Years in Edinburgh
Well what a non stop week. Lucky we had a couple of days to have a quick look around Vancouver before Jaymin's wedding. Then it was all full on.
Pre wedding party was a good family night, lots of drinking and dancing. Rash was very merry due to Nirmal's measures on the drinks. Lots of family photos taken on the balcony of the hall with amazing lit up views of the dome of the Science World at Telus World of Science.
Main wedding day with a 5am start, hour drive to the family hired house. Very important day for Kirsty as she had the role of Jaymin's sister and had to carry out various duties ie: adding the feathers to his Turban and helping him in the temple and then once married looking after the bride. Jordan even got to try out wearing a Turban.
Wedding was beautiful and weather was great and very hot. Lovely ceremony and bride looked lovely. After the ceremony back to the house for traditional dancing with the ladies and then the arrival singing and bartering of the bride and groom.
Following day was the main wedding party, at least 400 guests. Great night had by all.
