My diary
Today was a much needed rest day! I got up around 8am and went for a run then we had a leisurely breakfast and spent the morning reading, catching up on emails and getting the diary with photos up to date! Brianna and Lauren both had a much needed lazy day with their books and phones. Mid afternoon Ian and I went for a walk into Calne to have a look around town and get a feel for where things were. We went into the Lansdowne Hotel for a drink and sat there in a lovely comfy room playing dominos and enjoying our drinks. Chris had something on in a nearby village that night so after she had left, the 4 of us walked into town and went to an Indian restaurant for tea – delicious. Walked back home after dinner and got home about 9pm – not long before Chris got back. Sat up with her for a bit then headed to bed.
