We went out to the third “branch” of Covenant House at Dauzon (so Dauzon, Bushrod and Rehab where the school is) where I would give my last word of encouragement. I confess, it was a repeat of Tuesday night, but only two other people know this. This was another revival of unencumbered worship with music so loud I feel like my head is vibrating. They love to pray and sing at the top of their lungs. It is beautiful even if a little overwhelming (and most of the time I cannot understand the words). There was one young woman,

Victoria, who was leading the prayers and music. She was about 5 feet of fire – could hardly see the top of her head over the pulpit! I loved her. After, this group proved to be the most subdued of the three houses of worship, which was just fine with me. I am feeling good but run down. I got home early even after dropping others off at home and stopping to say hi to Anita and Champ in the dark.

Prayers:
*Covid testing line - may not be all day (as I post this late - it was only a two hour wait)
*Negative test result (check!)
*Safe travels
*Our final meeting and saying goodbye
