Oh the places you'll go!

The journey starts in the wee hours of the morning, you venture up a giant (really giant) mountain from the township of Agua calientes, heading up and up to what seems like the top of the world. The early start is a small sacrifice to see the rising sun across the Andes and Machu Picchu, Peru.

This adventure was an amazing experience, alongside hundreds of people who gather to see the golden sunshine bath the ancient ruins of the Inca village. Scaling Machu Picchu Mountain was also unforgettable, at a spectacular 2,720 metres above sea level the birds-eye view above the village and the surrounding mountain tops is breathtaking (and maybe just a little scary if you’re afraid of heights!).

Recommendations...don’t eat chicken (enough said)!
