Greece & Haarlem

In the early evening we went on a food tour to sample authentic Greek food with Dimitri. The first stop was for pork Souvlaki. Cyndi even tried it as is (with tomatoes and onions). It had something like Old Bay seasoning in it as well. We walked through the stinky fish market and saw heads of lambs. On the other side we sampled olives and brought some home for Dad. A small "deli" served us cheese, feta, & cured meat. We also visited the Neoclassical Trilogy, three buildings consisting of the Library, University, and Academy (preservation of intellect).

Day 1 extras (on right): Cyndi re-enacts her fall, tiny apartment elevator, Dave @ Mars Hill, shrimp battered with the shell on, & ice cream reward.
