Greece & Haarlem

In order to reset our clocks 7 hours ahead we stayed awake by going to the Acropolis Museum (which was right next door to our hotel). The museum was three stories tall and had glass floors so one can see all the way down to the ruins excavated beneath the museum. We're looking a little weary here, but that's because we need sleep! The top floor was the size shape and orientation of the Parthenon. Unfortunately a lot of Parthenon artifacts are in The British Museum, sometimes known as the ‘Elgin Marbles.’
