I think I could talk hours about the Irish food. The bread, the soups, the goat cheese, all of those were some of the things I was sure I was going to miss about Ireland.
The food since the beginning was extremely good and tasty. Although there are some dishes such as the Irish stew or the salmon that are known as Irish specialties, there was still a great variety in terms of food. Dublin was one of my favorite places because of that.
I felt like I could almost find food from all around the world. One night I had for dinner Korean food and the next day I was having tapas. Isn't that cool? But now going back to the Irish food, the Irish breakfast was probably what I liked the most. Ireland has so much to offer in the gastronomic field. If someone would ask about the Irish food I would definitely recommend it. I am already missing all the soups and all the coffee shops with all the apple pies and all the cakes they offered.
I can happily say that I barely had any bad food in Ireland. They were all pretty good!
