Leytonstone - 14/8/16 - 28/8/16

Staying with Susie was a wonderful way to acclimatise ourselves to the big city of London as Susie's home was extremely comfortable and well located and she gave us lots of helpful tips and advice to get us started.

We couldn't afford to stay longer than 10 days however and so we moved into a cheaper Airbnb apartment in the outer Eastern neighbourhood of Leytonstone. We booked ourselves in for 2 weeks to allow us time to find a place of our own to live.

The one bedroom apartment was comfortable enough and had all the basics that we needed, although we did have to clean the whole place when we first arrived.
It served a purpose though as it was a quiet place for us to return to at the end of the long exhausting days we were spending trekking all over London looking at rooms to rent.

We ultimately moved into our apartment in Putney on Friday 26 August 2016.
