Erin & Matt in the UK

Sunday lunch at The Jugged Hare, a traditional game pub at Barbican, with Dan, Tammy, Logan and his partner Jamie.
We had black pudding croquettes and home made potato chips cooked in goose fat (compliments of Dan's friend who is a chef at The Jugged Hare) to start, then for the main we had a whole roasted suckling pig, roast chicken and traditional sides including Yorkshire puddings, gravy and bread sauce.
Afterwards we had a few beers at another nearby pub.
