Last full day in Norway today. Had a sleep in and then a yummy cooked breakfast of croissants, scrambled eggs, bacon and smoked salmon. By the time we had showered and packed our bags it was time to drive into Voss for us to catch the train to Bergen. It has been so wonderful to see Silje, Mark, Abbigail, Maddie and Edward again, almost feels a bit surreal to be seeing them in Norway instead of Mandurah – I feel like I have to pinch myself when I stop and think about it!

We got to Bergen at 4pm and left our cases in the luggage lockers at the train station so that we could have another wander in town before heading out to our hotel at the airport. We had some delicious fresh chocolate crepes at the Bergen Christmas markets and walked around for a while with a coffee before making tracks back to the train station to collect our luggage and catch the light rail out to the airport. The hotel we are staying in tonight is only a few minutes walk from the airport so it is very handy for our flight tomorrow morning. Had a casual dinner in the hotel restaurant then back to our room to read and an early night.
