Day 10, Lazin' by the pool

I am not a happy bunny this morning as the ear drops have not yet worked their magic...!!!

There's absolutely no need to be up early as we intend doing very little today, so it's a late breakfast before setting ourselves up for some more sunbathing around the pool. For once we aren't the only ones getting all hot and sticky, as the ladies go home this afternoon they're also getting some last minute sun before heading off to the airport. They have to be out of their room by ten o'clock, and don't leave until early

afternoon, so we let them use our room for their luggage and to shower before setting off.

We chat to Alan the Norwegian again while we're out on the sun terrace, he has to stay in the full shade as he is not used to anything like this sort of weather back home in the Arctic Circle, says he'll probably acclimatise just in time to head back home! We only have a light lunch again today to allow plenty of space for our dinner tonight, baguette for Elaine and just a drink and some grapes for me!

We don't know how we're going to get through the afternoon with all this sunbathing to do... it just seems never ending! Thankfully we're both seasoned professionals and don't weaken. As has become the habit of late, we head back to our

cool room late afternoon to relax before having to endure all those stresses and strains yet again of readying ourselves for going out to dinner, this holiday m'larky is not as easy as you guys might think it is!

It's the Taverna Kanapitsa again for us tonight, we cannot fault this restaurant... other than the service falters once the main course is cleared away, and I take my desserts very seriously! Once we get back to the hotel we nip down to the pool terrace for a couple of coffees, and are immediately joined by our new Norwegian friend again, a nice man but he keeps us talking for ages! Our master plan was to hit our pillows relatively early so as to get a good nights sleep before our boat trip tomorrow but in the end didn't get our heads down until after midnight... d'oh!
