With a few tears, we bid farewell to Bri and Kees and headed off to catch our last flight home to Toronto.
It was smooth flying, but I have to say the Air Canada experience definitely doesn't compare favourably to Emirates or even South African Airways. Fortunately, there were only 7 of us in the 24 seat Premium Economy section of the Boeing Dreamliner 787-800.
It was great to be home and sleep in our own bed again.
Our trip has concluded after visiting 6 cities, experiencing 5 hotels and one train car, flying a total of almost 40,000 KM (on 11 flights), 1300 miles of Rail Travel, and numerous miles in a vehicle on tours, transfers, and of course - off-roading on 6 Safari trips!
It was a fantastic trip - filled with wonderful lifelong memories!
