Croatia (Hrvatska)

Up for a lovely breakfast at 'home' in Ciovo. We walked the bridge over the harbor to the harbor front promenade (Obala bana Berislavica). At the end of the promenade was the Kamerlengo Fortress lookout tower. In the main square is the Cathedral of St. Lawrence, museums and a monastery along with lots of little shops and places to eat. (So glad to be on the quiet island of Ciovo.)

We headed back the the house and took the car around the island coast on a very windy road to a small beach called Okrug Donji. Steve swam and I painted. It was very nice.

Later that day, we walked back into Trogir for dinner (again) at Pasike. They were so very accommodating to our vegan preferences and served local and farm grown foods. Our dessert was a 'vegetable'' fruit smoothie at Gelato Bella.
