Today we decided to go kayaking. We rented two kayaks, one for me and mom, and the other for dad and Paloma. We paddled almost to Santa Clara island, but we couldn't find a place to dock, I got mad at mom because we didn't actually stop at the island, but when we were halfway back to Beach, there were swimming docks with slides, and mom said if I wanted to go there I could get out of the canoe at the swimming rope and swim there. Paloma wanted to too, but dad said no way. When we got back to the beach we played in the water a little.It was really fun. Mom told me that some people believed that the Waters had healing powers, but I said that I didn't think so because I had scraped myself in them. Today was an awesome day!
