Tripping 2019
6.30 start for flights from Beijing to Frankfurt to Hamburg, to link up with the McLean’s friend Jane Goodall, (fellow Kiwi roomie for our stay in Rendsburg), arriving in Rendsburg at 8pm. Handily located, our German abode is in the same street as the bride and groom - Lisa and Kay. Being a mere 20 feet above sea level, Rendsburg (originally Reynoldsburg) is home to 28,789 and has a busy history that was first documented in 1199, including swapping between Danish and German control, being part of the Kingdom of Prussia and Austria in the 19th century and under German control since 1866. Enough for now, we are tired bunnies and comfy beds await us.
