My Spanish journey

It's been the most natural thing in the world being Sebastian's grandma. I give a lot of credit to technology. Being able to talk to him and see him over FaceTime really helped, as does staying a part of Nick's life. He's so much like baby Nick, curious, active, doesn't want to sleep in case he misses something. He laughs and smiles at me when we play and my heart is one big puddle. I can't quite capture it in pictures because if he can't see my face, i.e. behind the camera, he doesn't relate to me. He isn't even 3 months old after all. It is so rewarding to be with a little baby again! He doesn't really have control of himself yet. I can put a rattle in his hand, but he doesn't really know why it's there or what to do with it. If it drops he doesn't really react.
