We drove to the Cathedral Mountain Lodge (CML) after the glacier tour and checked into our cabin. The scenery was spectacular near the hotel, but we did get a bit of road and RR noise (and their water was not safe to drink). Despite that, it worked out fine, and had a very good restaurant on site for breakfast and dinner. They also made a packed lunch for our hikes. The spiral tunnels are in the mountain across the valley from our hotel.
