My diary

We got off the second overnight train at around 6.45. We had breakfast in the hotel but I didn't feel good. Breakfast looked delicious. It was in a big room where you could have weddings and there was loads of food. Everyone went to see the pool as this hotel was so lovely and I stayed by the pool in shade. Around 3,30 we went on a bike ride around Hoi An. It was so so beautiful. We biked to rice fields and then to see an old couple. They were very cute and also I've seen photos before. We then tried watering their plants the traditional way. I can't believe they are so old and can do this, they are 86 and 93. i felt sick so Ken went and got me a diet coke. that was nice of him. We then biked to a village with water buffalo and we rode them which was cool. We then biked to another village and rode in the water in what looked like big coconut bowls. The lady's rowing us were very nice and made us grass glasses and rings and necklaces. We then had half an hour to get ready for dinner. We went out and it was a beautiful restaurant. I was feeling better so I had garlic bread (yayayya) and I can't remember what else. Lots of people had cocktails but I didn't want to risk it so I didn't have one. Sarah then started to feel really really ill so I walked her home and went to sleep.
