Norway is hillier than Northfield, this became especially apparent to me when my run on Friday ended up going straight up about 1,300 ft for the first 5 miles of my run. The top had a great view, and normally a lot of hard up means a lot of easy down, but right after starting going down hill my nose started bleeding profusely, which made the down hill section perhaps even more unpleasant than the uphill. I did, however, get to take advantage of the absorptive properties of sphagnum moss, which was cool.
