London & Scotland: Take II 2018

The last couple of days have been a flurry of catch ups and final glimpses of my beautiful city.

Considerit with Annika, Henderson's with Charlotte, and a final open mic at The Outhouse on Wednesday night, where the people are so warm and welcoming. Spent the night out and did much of the same on Thursday, with walks between Bruntsfield, Newington, and Leith, and more friends to meet. No outdoor photos as the weather has been quite miserable, but the next two days have some fabulous things planned.

I'm feeling that twisted sensation in my gut which comes with knowing I'm soon to leave again. It's going to be hard leaving Scotland and all that comes with it.

Friday I chose to spend an extra day in Edinburgh, as an overnight stay in Glasgow was proving more complicated than I'd counted on. It gave me some much welcomed time with Matt and Annika, as well as a visit to Nova Pizza; still the best vegan pizza place in town.

The weather is still unseasonably cold, but even covered in mist and drizzle, Edinburgh still maintains a sense of elegance and charm.
The weekend is going to be super busy, and I'm very much looking forward to what's in store!
