Day 1: Marrakech – Zagora
Morning departure from your hotel or riad through the High Atlas Mountains and the famous Tizi -n – Tichka (2260m) From these mountains, the view of the valleys and the Berber villages perched on the sides of mountains, sometimes barely distinguishable from mountains themselves, are spectacular. After crossing the pass, it continues to fall until finally you reach Ouarzazate, where you stop for lunch. From there you cross another pass smaller, Tizi -n – Tinfifite, before reaching the Valley Dra’a to Agdez. We go along the path of the ancient caravans between the mountains and the river, passing through many villages and gardens so you can get a better idea of ??the way of life along the oasis. You then come to Zagora, where you will have a camel ride to watch the sunset and dinner in the dunes at the camp of nomad tents to spend the night.2 Days tour Marrakech to Zagora, Morocco Tours from Marrakech, Morocco tours from Marrakech to Fes, 3 Days tour from Marrakech to Merzouga, 4×4 Desert tours
Day 2: Zagora – Marrakech
If you get up early enough to see the sunrise, you will be rewarded by the beautiful play of shadows on the sand. After breakfast you will return to the north, taking another short path. From Ouarzazate, you leave the main road to Marrakech to reach the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ait Ben Haddou. This Kasbah, the most famous of Morocco, was used as a backdrop for many Hollywood blockbusters and has been one of the most important strongholds on the ancient caravan routes of Salt, where traders brought slaves, gold, ivory and salt from the sub – Saharan Africa to Marrakech and beyond. From there, continue along the new road to Telouet Kasbah, which belonged to the Lords of the Atlas, the family Glaoui, and now lies in ruins after the last Pasha fled the country after the departure of the French. The return in Marrakesh is located along the main road, which atraversa many Berber villages along the river crossed the mountains. Sometimes you go down in the valleys along the river, lined with oleander and fruit trees. The gardens are full of olives, walnuts, pomegranates, apples, pears and quinces.
