Packing

Packing for a 3 month trip is daunting! Packing light for a 3 month trip so that we do not need to ever check a bag is downright crazy! After reading through a lot of packing lists, studying weather data, and thinking through our specific needs, we have settled on a short list. Every square inch and every ounce count! We are extremely organized so that we only have exactly what we need (clothes, shoes, gadgets) and only as much until we can reliably restock (toiletries). We are packing in carry-on backpacks with a detachable small day bag and using compression packing cubes to stay organized and maximize space. With days to spare, we are ready to go!
