Greece & Haarlem

Driving in Greece was quite interesting. Lanes are merely recommendations. If someone comes up behind you, it is expected that you will ride on the shoulder to allow them to pass. At one point we drove 130 km/hr...the fastest we've ever driven legally. There were also a ton of road signs. Although we thought our rental company was going to drive us "out of Athens," Cyndi primarily did that. We learned you can't pump your own gas in Greece, and be sure to specify 95 octane or they will take advantage of you. The toll road up to Meteora was wide open with lots of tiny restrooms. It ended up being a pleasant drive.
