THERE AND BACK AGAIN World Cruise 2019
A day and a half in Rio. We toured the city visiting the "old" downtown area; opera house (spectacular), government and business buildings, and a very political guide. Some young girls were at the opera house with their mother balleting. It was enjoyable but VERY HOT. We then shuttled to Copacabana and visited the hotel we stayed in and smoothie shop we frequented when we were here for World Cup in 2014. The evening closed with a samba show on the ship. It was very entertaining! The sail out from Rio was spectacular. Tonight football!
