Up and off at the crack of dawn on the Agra train to the Taj Mahal!! This is a very posh super fast train with an 'in flight' meal in keeping with this! Whoosh and we were there! What a beautiful day too :)
Bharat was our guide and WOW was he knowledgeable, his tour was well planned and somehow he got us to the front of every queue! It didn't feel that fair some of the time, but bearing in mind we had a 5 hour car journey to the airport ahead of us it seemed entirely necessary. We had one of the throng professional photographers at our service and he and Bharat ensured we got the best shots possible. It really is one of the seven 'Wonders of the World' and has a magical spiritual feel to it.
As Allab drove us away it was a shame to have had such a whistle stop tour, but it was a brilliant end to our trip. The whole of this adventure has realised an almost lifetime dream for me. Particularly the visit to Rishikesh :). As Allab neared the airport at sunset we couldn't have wished for a more perfect memorable time in India. I feel sure I'll be back and if you fancy coming with me then just let me know ;)
