Day 5

After we came with flight from Exmouth, Western Australia. Like 7.00 am. We were tired so we slept in the beautiful hotel named Novotel Ningaloo Resort. In the morning we ate breakfast and this day was the first and last day in Kuranda. Me and Sagal decided to go to many beautiful places that say”KURANDA”. We took a taxi and went to the Kuranda Koala Gardens. It was so beautiful. We took pictures with different animals like koala bears and snakes but I was so afraid so I skipped the snakes. Then when we were done and was going we saw a wounded koala. I was so sorry for the injured koala so, me and Sagal carried away the koala and give the koala to a staff that works in Kuranda Koala Gardens. They were so happy because they were searched after the baby koala for a while. After Kuranda Koala Gardens we went to Kuranda - Village in the Rainforest. We went there with a Sky rail Rainforest Cableway. It is the best place in Kuranda en very famous to. If you want to watch dinosaur, cruise on the Barron River and it was a great way to see the rainforest. But Sagal was afraid of crocodiles so the guide joked with Sagal and said “keep an eye out for crocodiles”. We met Djabugay Aboriginal people. It was so fun because they were taking another language and they had some kind of old clothes. After all the activates we ate on a restaurant/café. I ate Chicken ptarmigan and Sagal ate a roasted lamb with some salad. We ate that because it is Australians most famous food and we wanted to try some new food. After the wonderful day we went back to our hotel Paradise Palms Resort. By Kuranda Scenic Railway and after a few hours we toke a flight to Melbourne again at 13:00.
